Here’s How to Register Now

You may register for the conference and apply for an MSDE training voucher at the same time.  You do not need to wait for voucher approval before registering.

 

 1.  Register for the Conference.  

During the check out process use code MDECCV27

 

2.  Apply for Your MSDE Training Voucher. 

Submit your voucher application through OneStop Maryland by July 22, 2026.

New to OneStop Maryland?  Additional instructions for finding the voucher application are provided HERE.

 

3.  Use the Same Name on Both Applications

The name entered on your MSDE Training Voucher Application must be identical to the name used for your conference registration.

 

4.  Complete the Voucher Application 

Use the information above to complete your voucher application.

 

What Happens Next?

MSDE will send a decision to the email address associated with your OneStop Maryland account within approximately 30 days.

Apply as early as possible to receive your approval or denial sooner.

 

If your Voucher is Approved

Log into your OneStop Maryland account and print the approved voucher.

 

You must then:

  • Sign and date the voucher in blue ink
  • Save or scan the PDF
  • Email the completed PDF to mdearlychidhoodconference@gmail.com
  • Submit it no later than August 23, 2026

 Screen shots will not be accepted.

 

Your registration will not be complete until the signed voucher is received.  Failure to submit your voucher by the deadline may prevent you from attending the conference.

 

If Your Voucher is Denied or You Miss the Application Deadline

 You must submit another form of payment by August 23, 2026.  Contact Holly at 301-733-0000 to make arrangements for payment.

 

Important Reminders

  • Training vouchers will not be accepted onsite.
  • Walk-in registration and onsite registration are not available.
  • Check your voucher status by logging in to OneStop Maryland and selecting “My Dashboard”.
  • If your voucher does not cover the full registration fee, you are responsible for paying the remaining balance.
