Discount
- $40 off per person for groups registering 10 or more people.
Discount Guidelines
To qualify for a group discount, the following guidelines must be fully met:
- Group Composition:
- The group must consist of 10 or more individuals from the same organization or company at the time of registration. Membership in the group cannot be split across multiple organizations.
- Payment Requirements:
- Group registration fees must be paid in full with a single credit card or check. Individual payments will not be accepted.
- If a group invoice is required please contact MDECC at mdearlychildhoodconference.com prior to submitting the group registration form.
- Exclusions:
- Group discounts are only applicable to full conference registration fees. They cannot be applied to partial registrations, other conference-related fees or discounts.
- Group discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions.
Requesting a Discount
If the group meets the above guidelines:
- Download the Form:
- Read the Notices: Before proceeding with completion and submission of the Group Registration Form, please read the Notices section in its entirety to ensure compliance with the policy.
- Download: Use the button at the bottom of the page to download the Group Registration Form
- Complete the Form:
- Fill out the form accurately and completely. Missing or incorrect information may cause delays the processing.
- Submit the Form:
- Email the completed form to mdearlychildhoodconference.com to request the group discount.
- Group Registration Forms must be submitted no later than September
Approval Process
- Review:
- MDECC will review the submitted registration form and supporting details.
- Payment:
- Upon approval, one of the following actions will occur:
- An invoice will be sent to the group organizer (if requested), or
- The provided credit card will be processed in full.
- Upon approval, one of the following actions will occur:
- Confirmation:
- The review and processing of group discounts may take up to 3 business days.
- Once payment is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the group organizer.
Notices
- No Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds will not be issued once registrations are submitted, regardless of circumstances.
- Discount Threshold Enforcement:
- If the group falls below the 10-person minimum (e.g., due to cancellations or substitutions), or if there is misuse of the discount policy, (including but not limited to, providing false information, substituting ineligible participants, or failing to meet the group size requirement) the following penalties will apply:
- The group will be charged the difference in registration fees to reflect the standard rate.
- A $250 administrative fee will also apply.
- Non-Compliance:
- Registrations that do not meet the group discount guidelines may be rejected, delayed, or subjected to additional fees.
- Discount Exclusivity:
- Group discounts cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers.
- Submission Deadlines:
- Group registration forms and payments must be submitted by the regular admission conference registration deadline of August 24, 2025 . Late submissions will not be eligible for the discount.
