Registration opens July 1st.  Visit the “Registration & Policies” page.  From there you will select “Register”   From there you will be taken to a page to select your breakout sessions and lunch options.  Proceed through the check out process and make your payment.

You will earn 6 COK hours for attending the event.  You must attend the full day and be present for your registered sessions.

Yes, Continuing Education Units are issued as part of this conference through Hagerstown Community College.  There are no additional fees.  The CEUs will be listed on your certificate.

No, not for the September 2024 conference.  The MSDE Training Voucher program was discontinued on June 30, 2024. 

 

Yes.  The Maryland Early Childhood Conference is considered a state conference and 2 PAUs are awarded by the credentialing office.

Registration fees are nonrefundable.

 

Delegate Substitution: Delegate substitutions are permissible. Please notify us at hstarliper@applesforchildren.org if you intend to transfer your registration to another person. The original holder of the registration must, in writing, supply us with that person’s name and contact information, including their email address. Please note, no delegate substitutions will be permitted after August 27, 2024.
