Family Law Associate AttorneyA well established Palm Beach County boutique firm nearly 20 years of exclusive family law practice is adding an Associate Attorney to a fully supported, hybrid team in Delray Beach, FL. If you want hands on courtroom experience, direct mentorship, and the infrastructure to build a real practice without the big firm grind, this role was built for you.What you will doRepresent clients through the full lifecycle of family law matters: dissolution of marriage, timesharing, child support, equitable distribution, modifications, and enforcementAppear in Palm Beach County family court for hearings, case management conferences, and temporary relief hearingsPrepare for and advocate at mandatory family law mediationsDraft and refine complex pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and discoveryAnalyze financial statements and tax records to support equitable distribution strategyConduct detailed initial consultations and maintain responsive, high quality client communication throughout each matterCollaborate daily with an experienced team of paralegals, legal assistants, and intake specialistsWhat you needJuris Doctor JD from an ABA accredited law schoolActive Florida Bar membership in good standingMinimum 1 year of dedicated family law experienceAbility to commute to Delray Beach, FL for scheduled in office days and local court appearancesNice to haveExperience with complex equitable distribution involving business assets or investment portfoliosFamiliarity with Florida family law case management softwarePrior work in a boutique or plaintiff side litigation environmentPay and benefitsSalary: $120k - $150k base salary Structured hybrid schedule supporting work life balanceDirect mentorship and ongoing professional developmentFull administrative support paralegals, intake specialists, marketing team so you can focus on practicing lawCollaborative, community minded firm cultureLocation and scheduleDelray Beach, FL Hybrid.
