Payment Policy:   Registration fees are collected at the time of registration.  If your agency requires an invoice, please contact us at mdearlychildhoodconference@gmail.com for assistance.  Please note, if you register on or after September 1, 2025, you will be required to pay your registration fees by credit card at the time of registration – we will not provide an invoicing option after this date. All registration fees MUST be paid and collected prior to September 6, 2025 or access to the conference may be denied. 

Cancellation Policy: Registration fees are nonrefundable.

Delegate Substitution: Delegate substitutions are permissible. Please notify us at mdearlychildhoodconference@gmail.com if you intend to transfer your registration to another person. The original holder of the registration must, in writing, supply us with that person’s name and contact information, including their email address. Please note, no delegate substitutions will be permitted after August 27, 2025.

Photograph and Recording: As this event, it is possible that you will be photographed or recorded as part of the proceedings (ie, asking a question of a speaker, etc.). By registering for the Maryland Early Childhood Conference, you consent to your picture and/or video being taken and published by the Conference organizers as part of event-related material5
